Bayfront Capital Partners Acquire Meadowbrook Apartments
September 9, 2021: Bayfront Capital Partners announces its acquisition of Meadowbrook Apartments in Foley Alabama. Meadowbrook is a 100% occupied multifamily property. The community is located less than an hour southeast of Mobile and 30 minutes north of Gulf Shores.
This acquisition expands Bayfront’s growing footprint in the Southeast, where it has been an increasingly active buyer of multifamily properties:
· Elberta, Alabama (Magnolia Place Apartments)
· Foley, Alabama (Oak Hill Apartments)
· Pensacola, Florida (Lillian Square and Jackson Street Apartments)
· Crestview, Florida (Cannon Court).
